Meghan Green

Head Trainer/Rider

Meghan Green is an accomplished equestrian trainer and educator with a lifelong passion for sharing her love of horses with others. Her passion for riding began at age three in upstate New York where she competed in numerous competitions throughout the east coast. During her high school years, she wintered in Wellington, Florida competing with great success at the Winter Equestrian Festival. She quickly grew adept in all disciplines, taking ribbons in hunters, jumpers, and equitation and competed in the prestigious, day-long Rolex-Maclay National Championship held in the Meadowlands, New Jersey.

In conjunction with her success and career aspirations as a trainer and a competitor she balanced strenuous riding demands while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Albany State University. Upon graduation she moved to Florida to pursue her passion full time and began working with the sport’s best coaches, which earned her numerous ribbons and invaluable experience. Her aptitude, ambitions and success continue to drive her to the highest levels of show jumping as well as working with students of all riding levels.

She is a sought-after trainer and educator. Her proven techniques are based on a strong foundation in the fundamentals of flatwork and horsemanship. She also has a tremendous natural affinity for bridging partnership and trust between students and their horses, which creates a highly effective and invaluable foundation piece to the education experience. As a result her disciplined, organic technique creates the best of all worlds for both the rider and the horse.
